Congressman Rob Wittman visits MTCSC at their Stafford, VA facility and congratulates them on successfully creating more job availability in Stafford County

Stafford, Virginia August 2, 2010 – MTCSC, Inc. hosted Congressman Rob Wittman at their Stafford, VA location. Congressman Rob Wittman’s interest in MTCSC was sparked by the two facilties developed and contructed by MTCSC over the past 8 years. MTCSC showed their support for Congressman Wittman by providing a tour of the Integrated Teams Solutions Facility (ITSFAC) and the Center for Technology (C4T). One of Congressman Wittman’s goals is to find ways to encourage job creation and promote economic growth within his district. Congressman Wittman congratulated MTCSC on their ability to successfully create more job availability in Stafford County. With the success of MTCSC, Congressman Wittman hopes in the near future, people in the Stafford community will no longer need to commute long distances for work, due to more job availability in the surrounding areas.

MTCSC promoted job availability by constructing facilities in Stafford that bring more work to the area. MTCSC Vice President of Technical Solutions, John Roehl, encourages the philosophy of, “if you build it, they will come.” When MTCSC completed construction on the ITSFAC in 2002, they won a prime contract award with the Marine Corps Systems Command. In addition to bringing more business into Stafford County, MTCSC created a plethora of new jobs that needed to be filled. This same reaction occurred when MTCSC constructed the C4T in 2008.

Greg Trevarthen, MTCSC’s Vice President of Programs says, “Congressman Wittman is a friend to the Armed Forces, the United States Marine Corps and those Industry Partners who serve and support them.” To show their appreciation, MTCSC presentedCongressman Wittman with an ITSFAC coin, a prestigious MTCSC award saved for special members of the community, and a Tun Tavern mug. Congressman Wittman’s goal for economic growth in Stafford County is being fulfilled by MTCSC. MTCSC has no intentions of slowing down their growth. MTCSC continues to upgrade their facilities and capabilities to meet the needs of their current customers and attract new customers as well. In addition, MTCSC is in the developmental phase of creating a Cyber Range Facility to protect threats against our homeland.

MTCSC’s customer-centric focus has allowed for the creation of new facilities, new business partners, and more job availability in the greater Stafford County area. Congressman Wittman congratulates MTCSC on their promotion of economic growth. For additional information on Congressman Rob Wittman’s visit to MTCSC, please contact Jim Pierce, MTCSC’s Vice President of Business Development.

MTCSC Charleston Relocates to State-of-the-Art Office

MTCSC Charleston relocates to newly renovated office space completely customized by MTCSC.  The office space will further support and provide for MTCSC customers.

Charleston, South Carolina May 24, 2010 – MTCSC Charleston has relocated to a brand new state-of-the-art office.  The new office space resides in the same building that MTCSC Charleston has been located in for the last four years; however, the offices are newly renovated and customized to support MTCSC’s needs for the future.  The new office space offers a variety of renovations that enhance MTCSC’s ability to be agile and solve their customers’ thorniest problems.

The new office space offers a proposal/conference room, training lab, interview room, and several small offices.  The newly renovated space provides a very professional environment for its staff and is one of the most sophisticated Business Development offices among Department of Defense (DoD) contractors within the Greater Charleston area.   The expanded training areas will allow MTCSC to host training events and medium-sized conferences.

MTCSC C5ISR Solutions Director, Derrick Nixon, states,”This relocation to new office spaces demonstrates MTCSC’s commitment for continued growth and expansion in South Carolina’s Low Country and to SPAWAR Atlantic.  MTCSC continues to recruit and retain employees that specialize in bleeding edge technologies, are Subject Matter Experts in their respective domains, and supports SPAWAR Atlantic’s vision of providing the best systems to our Nation’s war fighters.”
This move serves as an example of MTCSC’s customer-centric mindset.  MTCSC is dedicated to ensuring that MTCSC remains competitive with their competition in talent, technology, benefits, and facilities.

MTCSC Vice President Programs, Greg Trevarthen, states, “We are very excited about the MTCSC office expansion in Charleston.  The MTCSC Team in Charleston, along with their MTCSC support in Stafford and Chula Vista have worked very hard over the last few years to solidify our reputation in the area as a “go-to” contractor that focuses more on effective action than words.  The new office will support several opportunities that are currently very active in support of SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic and other opportunities in the South East.”

MTCSC Charleston has created an office that promotes and provides MTCSC staff with the ability to solve their customers’ thorniest problems.
